Order Processing

We are a Portland, Oregon, USA-based company. We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders received on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Once fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

• Free shipping on orders over $35
• Flat rate shipping of $4 on orders under $35
• Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage
• Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days from the ship date
• Expedited shipping via FedEx, 1–2 day service is available at checkout for an additional cost

International Shipping

• Free international shipping on orders over $100 via Global Post International
• Orders under $100 ship for a flat $20
• We process orders within 1–2 business days and ship from Portland, Oregon.
• Depending on your location, delivery time typically ranges from 6–12 business days.
• FedEx international shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers pay any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country. WAYFINDER does not cover these charges.

Additional Shipping Notes

We typically use USPS for both domestic and international shipments. For expedited options, we use FedEx. Shipping timelines and carrier availability vary. We may use other carriers as needed to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
